Returns

Eligibility: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags or stickers attached and intact, and in the same condition you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, personalized/customized items, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
- Return Fee: For domestic orders, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. For international orders, higher return shipping charges will apply.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@michole.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
- Refund Process: If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that variations in natural materials are part of each product’s unique nature and are not considered defects. As with all natural products, slight differences in texture, color, or finish may occur, and quality may change subtly over time.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a product defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
No Exchanges
- Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item or color, we recommend placing a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card provider as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@michole.com.
