Every MICHOLE piece is crafted using natural materials sourced across the Philippine islands, combined with weaving techniques passed down through generations of artisans. These materials are chosen for their longevity, character, and the stories they carry.

Because they are natural, slight variations in texture, color, and finish are to be expected. Each piece may evolve subtly over time. Materials such as leather and other handcrafted elements respond to sunlight, moisture, and daily use, developing a patina that reflects its journey.

A MICHOLE piece is made to last. With proper care, it will endure beautifully.

Leather
Gently wipe with a clean, slightly damp cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. If wet, allow it to dry naturally. Condition occasionally with a quality leather conditioner to maintain suppleness.

Woven Materials
Wipe with a dry or lightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking or submerging. Store away from direct sunlight to preserve colour and fibre integrity.

All Pieces
Store in the dust bag provided when not in use. Keep away from sharp objects and excessive pressure.

Natural materials age with character. With care, they only become better over time.

MICHOLE ships internationally. We currently deliver to the Philippines, the United States, and Canada, with continued expansion underway.

At MICHOLE, we offer two ways to acquire a piece from our collection.

READY TO SHIP
Select pieces are available in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. These may be purchased directly, with no waiting and no deposit required.

MADE TO ORDER
Certain pieces are crafted individually upon reservation. These are not held in stock. Each piece begins only when it is yours. Made by our generational artisans, from the material up, each one is given the time and attention it requires.

HOW MADE TO ORDER WORKS

Reserve your piece with a 50% deposit. Once placed, your piece enters the atelier and the making process begins.

You will receive updates on its progress. Understanding how your piece is made is part of the experience of owning it.

Your piece is completed within 4 to 6 weeks. Craft takes time. We honour it.

Once complete, we contact you personally by email or SMS to confirm readiness and arrange the final step.

The remaining 50% balance is settled prior to dispatch. Your piece is then carefully prepared and shipped with full tracking.
